The tour was led by Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi, who highlighted the importance of the cathedral as a unifying structure for Christians in Uganda. The cathedral, which will accommodate up to 5,000 congregants, has been under construction since 2010 and is set to become one of the largest places of worship in the country.
Archbishop Kaziimba praised both governmental and non-governmental contributions towards completing the project. He noted that while significant progress has been made, additional support is still needed to finalize construction.

Parliament Speaker Anita Among called for transparency in fund management, stating that effective oversight is essential to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently. “We must uphold accountability as we work towards completing this important project,” she urged.With Parliament’s backing, there is renewed optimism about completing All Saints Cathedral and its potential impact on community cohesion and spiritual growth in Uganda.
