Senior Prime News Anchor at NBS Television Samson Kasumba has cautioned journalists interviewing the president of Uganda H.E Yoweri Museveni.
“When interviewing Mr.Museveni the first mistake is to take him for granted. Second is to imagine you know his job more than he does. Third is to think you will somehow force him into a corner and he will give you answers you are looking for. He enjoys frustrating journalists!!!,” Kaumba posted on is twitter account.
“Right now it is a waste of time asking Mr. Museveni when he will retire or if he plans to run again. I think it is even lazy! We all know what his response will be. He will refer you to the process of NRM. I do not plan to ask him those kinds of questions myself. My interest…” he added.
Kasumba has also put the blame on the death of system for many road accidents over the last 30 years in uganda, in his response to Hon. Emmanuel Dombo NRM Director for Information and Publicity. He said too many people who should never drive got behind the wheels thus the biggest death trap in te country.
“I have driven on many single lane roads in the UK and some in the US. I do not remember as many accidents on them as we have here. Check for the number of accidents on Rwandan roads or Tanzanian roads in comparison to ours here. Ours is a problem of death of systems!,” the statement read.
