Kampala, Uganda – Musician Biswanka, who recently announced a concert on February 21st—coinciding with Alien Skin’s event at Hotel Africana—has clarified that he does not view this as a competitive situation. Instead, Biswanka sees his concert as a celebration of his musical journey and an opportunity to connect with fans.
He emphasized that there are enough fans in Uganda for both artists to draw substantial crowds without feeling like they are in direct competition. This stance comes despite some criticism from those who feel Biswanka is betraying his former mentor by staging the event on the same day.
Biswanka began his career in Alien Skin’s Fangone Forest music group and achieved significant success under their umbrella before pursuing solo endeavors.
