Kampala, Uganda – Rising singer Derrick Biswanka has shared his personal struggles and challenges, dispelling rumors about his lifestyle. Biswanka revealed that he is currently caring for his critically ill mother and siblings, contrary to accusations of neglecting his family.
He hails from a humble background and left his village after his family was displaced from their land. Biswanka moved to Kampala, where he initially worked as a boda boda rider before pursuing a music career.
