Kampala, Uganda — Celebrated disc jockey Ssebagala Muhammad, popularly known as DJ X CREAD, has officially been recognized as the Best HiSkool DJ of 2025, earning top honors during the Hi Skool Fun Fest held at Nalya Senior Secondary School on Saturday, April 20.
DJ X CREAD, who affectionately refers to himself as “The 5 Star General,” has been a staple name across high school events, thanks to his electric sets, technical skills and unmatched energy. His latest recognition comes after years of consistently spinning music at major school parties, festivals, and interschool celebrations.
“I love DJing personally, and that passion has always driven me to produce good work,” said DJ X CREAD after receiving the award, his first major accolade of 2025.
The award ceremony was part of a grand celebration organized by Hi Skool Fun Fest, a dynamic events group specializing in youth-centered school entertainment. DJ X CREAD is currently part of the team, serving as one of their most trusted and sought-after entertainers.
With a career that began in 2019, shortly after completing his S4 in 2018, DJ X CREAD has grown from humble beginnings into a household name in youth entertainment. His journey includes guest DJ slots at SK7 Media (an online TV platform) and Delta TV, where he performed from 2021 to 2022.
