Kampala, Uganda – Celebrated media personality Faridah Nakazibwe has confirmed her return to the public eye within the next two months, ending her 18-month hiatus. “I am working on something. I had given myself two years [for the break], and now I’m in one and a half years. I won’t finish it-I’m coming back sooner,” she said, emphasizing secrecy until the project’s completion. Nakazibwe left NTV Uganda in 2023 after 17 years, including her iconic role hosting Mwasuze Mutya, to focus on motherhood and business ventures.

The announcement follows months of speculation after fans bombarded her with requests to return to screens. However, Nakazibwe’s 2024 childbirth and entrepreneurial pursuits delayed her plans. Her return, likely digital or entrepreneurial, aims to leverage her media expertise beyond traditional TV.
