In an exclusive interview with a popular YouTuber, Fyno opened up about his involvement in Alien Skin’s journey to fame and shared insights into their early working relationship.
According to Fyno, before Alien Skin became a household name, he was his financial and motivational supporter. Fyno revealed that they would travel together, with him taking on the role of the leader. “He used to move with me, and I was the leader. I would work gigs, earn money, and give him to buy his needs, including ‘akakoola’,” Fyno explained. This behind-the-scenes support helped Alien Skin pursue his music career and laid the foundation for his later success.
In the same interview, Fyno emphasized that although Alien Skin eventually grew into his own artist and started his own journey with a new crew, they still maintain a strong bond. Fyno also credited himself with playing a crucial role in Alien Skin’s rise to fame, especially with his hit song “Emboozi Ye Nkoola,” which Fyno claims he was the mastermind behind. According to Fyno, it was this song that truly solidified Alien Skin’s recognition within the Ugandan music scene.
