TALENT WALLS is a social enterprise that provides a platform where youth talent is identified, nurtured and exposed as a career to combat unemployment.
Extraordinary talents are identified in Schools and Communities through campaigns, competitions, training and on digital platforms. Identified talents are assessed using a criterion that measures; Uniqueness, Passion and Character.
The spotted youth are polished and nurtured through the Zimba (Build) program which aims to improve on existing skills and build them into professionally skilled individuals. Shine pillar is the launch pad program that graduates professionals and showcase them to the world.
The Company source for projects from different organizations on which they are paid upon execution to enable sustainability and create employment opportunities for youth who are enrolled for their programs.
Through the platform ”Hire a Talent”, the social enterprise offers over 1000 talents for hire across Africa.
Talent walls hire Creative Art/Fashion i.e. Art Painters and sketchers, Tailors, Fashion designers, Creative carpenters, Makeup artists, Fashion models, Creative writers under the ‘Signature TW’ brand.
Sports includes Boxers, Athletes, Footballers, Basketballers, Volleyballers, Cricketers, Acrobatics, Board game pros.
Performing Arts which include Musicians, Poets, & spoken word, Actors & Actresses, Commedians, MCs.
Artists like Wycliff Cabana, Zoe Star, Moray Official and Tam Boy are some of te artists signed up by Talent wall.
