Ugandan rapper Kapilipiti Omubaya, born Mukoza Muhammad, has come under scrutiny after speculation arose linking him to the secretive Illuminati organization. The rumors intensified following the release of his latest music video, “Doctor Kapilipiti,” in which he is seen emerging from a coffin. However, the young star has firmly denied the allegations, calling them baseless and purely speculative.

Kapilipiti, whose career has witnessed a meteoric rise, made headlines in 2024 when he performed with his dance group, Hypers Kids Africa, on America’s Got Talent. His exposure to global celebrities, including Akon, Kevin Hart, and Burna Boy, further fueled suspicions that his success was linked to secret affiliations rather than raw talent and hard work.
In an exclusive media interview, Kapilipiti addressed the controversy, explaining that the coffin scene in his music video was purely an artistic choice. He emphasized that many legendary musicians, including Michael Jackson, had incorporated similar elements into their performances and videos for dramatic effect.
"People like to find hidden meanings where there are none. The coffin scene was simply a creative way of delivering my message and has nothing to do with the Illuminati," he stated.
Despite the rumors, Kapilipiti remains focused on his music career, urging his fans to appreciate his artistry rather than fall for conspiracy theories.
