Ugandan musician Karole Kasita has openly shared that she conceived her son the very first time she engaged in unprotected sex. The singer, who gave birth to a healthy baby boy named King in January 2023, explained in a recent interview that her pregnancy was intentional and well-planned with her boyfriend.
“I don’t use family planning. I only use condoms, and when I wanted to get pregnant, it was intentional. I actually got pregnant the first time I didn’t use protection,” Karole said during an interview with a local YouTuber. She added that aside from condoms, she does not rely on other contraceptive methods, which has helped her avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Karole also encouraged fellow female artists to embrace motherhood, highlighting the peace and responsibility that comes with it. Her openness about her pregnancy journey has been well received by fans and the music community alike.
