Kampala, Uganda – Musician-turned-politician Khalifah Aganaga, the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) candidate for the Kawempe North by-election, has pledged to tackle pressing issues in the constituency, particularly poor drainage and infrastructure. As he launched his campaign, Aganaga emphasized a leadership style focused on collective action and community involvement.
