In his manifesto, Emmanuel highlights the challenges faced by students, including inadequate support systems and a lack of cohesion between student leadership and the student body. He emphasizes his commitment to addressing these issues by ensuring every student’s voice is heard and their needs are met. With previous leadership experience as the Commissioner for the Electoral Commission in the 7th Guild Government and as President of the Victoria University Pharmacy Students Association (VUPSA), he believes he is well-equipped to lead.

Emmanuel’s W.E.T agenda focuses on improving student welfare by enhancing facilities such as air conditioning in classrooms, modernizing library services, and establishing a student lounge with cafeteria services. He also aims to support student athletes with better facilities and medical safety measures. Additionally, he plans to advocate for transparent financial policies, including maintaining stable tuition fees and promoting awareness of available bursaries.
