King Saha Criticizes Eddy Kenzo Over Lack of Support During Concert Challenges.

Musician Mansur Semanda, popularly known as King Saha, has expressed disappointment with Eddy Kenzo, president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), for failing to support him during the challenges leading up to his recent concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.

The concert, held over the weekend, was a success in terms of turnout, but Saha revealed that police had initially attempted to block the event. Despite his expectations for assistance, King Saha claims that Kenzo did not intervene. “I didn’t see any federation leader join me when police tried to stop my concert. I didn’t even see anyone from the federation come to perform and support me; they are just pretenders,” he stated in a video circulating on social media.

Saha’s criticism reflects his belief that the UNMF leadership, particularly Kenzo, lacks genuine commitment to uplifting the music industry. He accused them of pretending to care while failing to act when artists face real challenges.

Despite the frustration, King Saha expressed gratitude to his fans for their unwavering support and applauded their role in the event’s success. “The fans are my real family. They showed up for me, and that’s what matters most,” he said.
