Musician Mansur Semanda, popularly known as King Saha, has announced an upcoming concert with an entrance fee of just 5,000 Ugandan shillings. This initiative is aimed at making his music accessible to all fans, particularly low-income earners who were unable to attend his recent high-profile concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval due to ticket prices.

In a video widely shared on social media, the “Zakayo” hitmaker explained that his motivation for the low-cost event stems from his desire to celebrate with all his fans, especially those who missed his previous show. “Many people missed the Lugogo Cricket Oval show because of the prices,” King Saha said. “So, I’m looking for a venue where I can put on a 5,000 shilling show. I want everyone to come and enjoy with me—people who don’t have much, every low-income earner, to come and witness greatness.”
The singer also highlighted that the concert will be more than just a musical performance—it will serve as a token of appreciation for the unwavering support he has received from fans throughout his career. “It will be like a festival, and I will be giving back to my people,” he added.
King Saha’s previous concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval was highly successful, drawing record-breaking crowds and solidifying his status as one of Uganda’s top artists. He attributes this success to his hard work, relatable music, and a strong connection with his fanbase.
While details such as the venue and date of the 5,000-shilling concert are yet to be finalized, the announcement has sparked excitement among fans, many of whom are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to see the artist perform live at an affordable price.
