King Saha Urges Jose Chameleone to Return to Uganda for Better Health Care.

Kampala, Uganda – Musician Mansur Semanda, popularly known as King Saha, has urged legendary Ugandan artist Jose Chameleone to return to Uganda for better health management.

Chameleone, who traveled to the United States in December 2023 for medical treatment, has been receiving care overseas. Reports indicate that his health is improving, but King Saha believes that coming back to Uganda would be beneficial for his recovery.

Speaking in a recent interview with a local YouTuber, King Saha emphasized the importance of Chameleone reconnecting with his home environment.

"I think he should return to Uganda and experience the horizons again. We thank the medical team for doing a good job, the caretakers, and everyone who has played a part."

Jose Chameleone, whose real name is Joseph Mayanja, has been in the United States since December 2023. Reports indicate that he is under medical supervision and showing signs of improvement.

The singer traveled with his younger brother Weasel and has been staying at Juliet Zawedde’s house, a well-known Ugandan businesswoman based in the USA.

While King Saha acknowledges the efforts of doctors and caretakers in the USA, he insists that returning to Uganda would provide better holistic care and allow Chameleone to reconnect with familiar surroundings, which could contribute positively to his mental and physical recovery.

King Saha has always been a protégé of Chameleone, having started his career under the Leone Island crew. Even after pursuing a solo career, he continued working closely with Chameleone’s former manager, Sam Mukasa.

Saha’s concern for Chameleone reflects not just a professional connection but also a deep friendship between the two artists.

Although there is no official word on when Chameleone will return to Uganda, his health remains a top priority for his family, fans, and fellow musicians like King Saha.

Until then, supporters continue to wish him a speedy recovery, whether in the USA or Uganda.
