Kampala, Uganda – Isaac Daniel Katende, popularly known as Kasuku, has officially joined Baba TV, a Busoga-based media house. The seasoned radio and TV personality, who previously worked at Nation Media Group’s Spark TV and Dembe FM, is set to make his return to mainstream media with a new role at Baba TV.
Kasuku exited Spark TV and Dembe FM in 2023, ending a long career with Nation Media Group. Following his departure, he shifted focus to his YouTube channel, where he launched the highly successful Kasuku Live Show. His content has since attracted a significant following, solidifying his presence in the digital space.
Despite receiving multiple offers from different media companies, Kasuku revealed that negotiations with potential employers failed due to disagreements over salary terms.
Baba TV has officially confirmed hiring Kasuku, though details about his new show remain undisclosed. Reports indicate that he will be hosting one show per week, airing every Friday.
While Baba TV has withheld specifics regarding the show’s format, more details are expected to be released in the coming days.
