Kampala – Minister of Youth and Children’s Affairs, Balaam Barugahare, has pledged his personal support for social media personality Pretty Nicole by covering her school fees for the next two academic terms. The decision follows a meeting between the two, during which Nicole expressed her renewed focus on education and personal development.
Speaking on a local television program, Minister Balaam revealed that Nicole had made a firm decision to prioritize her studies and stay away from romantic entanglements.
“Pretty Nicole is now a reformed person, and I am happy with her. She told me she gave up on boyfriends and is very focused on books. I pledged to clear her school fees for the next two terms,” he said.
Balaam also advised her to avoid harmful influences, including drugs, and stay committed to her education. His support reflects a broader initiative to promote youth education and personal reform.
