MPs on health committee, Min. of health PS Dr. Diana Atwiine and health Minister Jane Aceng have been denied access to the construction site of Lubowa Hospital.
Sources say that the PS of Min of Finance #Keith_Muhakanizi who also double as the chairman of Housing finance Bank wrote to the Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah instructing him to stop this team from accessing the site.
