Ndebwoha Isaiah Unveils V.I.B.E Agenda in Bid for Victoria University Guild Presidency

Victoria University presidential aspirant Ndebwoha Isaiah has officially launched his “V.I.B.E” Agenda as he declared his candidacy for Guild President, outlining a structured and action-oriented leadership plan centered on Vision, Inclusion, Boldness, and Empowerment

Addressing fellow students, faculty, and members of the university community, Isaiah emphasized that his manifesto is “more than words — it is a commitment to action,” built on four strategic pillars designed to deliver measurable change within one year of leadership

Under Vision, Isaiah pledged to strengthen communication and transparency between students and university administration. His proposals include establishing a reliable communication framework through the Guild Office, creating a permanent Student–Administration Liaison Committee and ensuring consistent updates on university policies, decisions, and events

He also proposed revitalizing student life by introducing a comprehensive university events calendar, increasing structured funding for registered and licensed clubs and associations, and promoting inter-faculty and inter-university engagement

On the academic front, he committed to advocating for continuous professional development for lecturers, introducing lecturer appreciation initiatives, and encouraging student–lecturer research collaborations

Isaiah’s Inclusion pillar focuses on strengthening student welfare and mental health support through enhanced counseling services and expanded peer mentorship programs

He also pledged to improve accessibility for students with disabilities and advocate for enhanced security measures, including installation of security cameras at the Market Plaza on the new floors

In addition, he highlighted plans to expand international relations through exchange programs, multicultural engagement events, and strengthening the global alumni network

The V.I.B.E agenda positions Isaiah’s campaign as reform-driven, transparency-focused, and centered on inclusive student development.
