Kampala, Uganda – In a dramatic and emotional video that has gone viral, Ugandan singer Grace Khan has accused several high-ranking members of the National Unity Platform (NUP), including Bobi Wine, Barbie Kyagulanyi, and Eddie Yawe, of stealing her bag. The video shows Grace riding on a boda boda at night, visibly upset and possibly intoxicated.
In the clip, she directly addresses prominent NUP figures like Nubian Li, demanding the return of her missing bag. “I want my bag back. I left you people alone,” she passionately stated. Despite not providing concrete evidence linking these individuals to the theft, Grace issued an ultimatum for NUP to return her belongings by 11 AM.
This incident highlights ongoing tensions between some artists and political entities in Uganda. Grace emphasized that she does not belong to any political party and criticized NUP for allegedly turning people away from politics.
