The ongoing feud between award-winning musician Spice Diana and rising singer Uncle Chumi has escalated as Spice Diana publicly refuted claims that she failed to fulfill financial promises to the TikTok star-turned-musician.
In an interview with a local television station, the “Siri Regular” hitmaker made it clear that she had always supported Uncle Chumi, even before she officially entered the music industry.

Spice Diana expressed her confusion and disappointment over Uncle Chumi’s claims, stating that she had consistently helped her whenever she needed assistance.
"I have provided her with everything she has asked for before, even before she became a musician. She has been coming to my home, and we have been close. So, I don’t understand why she is making these allegations when she has my phone number and can always call me." – Spice Diana
Earlier this week, Uncle Chumi accused Spice Diana of failing to deliver money she allegedly promised. The TikTok star, known for her viral videos, claimed that Spice Diana agreed to give her financial support as part of a deal for the remix of her song, “Gwokute Gwoba.”
According to Uncle Chumi, she had been waiting for over a month for the money, but Spice Diana never fulfilled the promise.
The Ugandan entertainment industry has been buzzing with reactions, with fans divided between the two artists. Some fans believe Spice Diana is being unfairly targeted, while others suggest that miscommunication could have led to the misunderstanding.
Despite the back-and-forth, Spice Diana remains firm in her stance that she has done her part in helping Uncle Chumi.
