Local singer and politician Stecia Mayanja stunned many when she performed at the National Resistance Movement (NRM) event held at Kololo Independence Grounds over the weekend. This performance came as a surprise because Stecia was recently announced as the National Peasants Party (NPP) president, a party opposing the ruling NRM.
