Fashion designer and entrepreneur Sylvia Damalie Owori has publicly refuted years of rumors claiming a romantic involvement with singer-turned-politician Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine. Owori clarified that their relationship was strictly professional, rooted in collaboration during her time managing the Miss Uganda pageant, where she worked with several top musicians.
Owori explained that she often booked performances for Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone, and Bebe Cool during the pageant events, calling them her “young brothers,” and dismissed any insinuation of a romantic relationship. This public denial seeks to put an end to rumors that have surrounded her and caused much speculation over the years.
