Police Investigate Violent Altercations Involving Musicians Pallaso and Alien Skin.

Kampala, Uganda – The Katwe Police are currently investigating a case of aggravated robbery and malicious damage linked to a violent confrontation between musicians Pallaso and Alien Skin. The incident, which occurred on January 2, 2025, in Kizungu zone, Makindye Division, has raised significant concerns regarding safety within the music industry.

According to Patrick Onyango, the spokesperson for the Kampala Metropolitan Police, the altercation began as a feud during a performance in Buloba, Wakiso District. It escalated when Pallaso and his group allegedly stormed Alien Skin’s residence around 3:00 AM, prompting police intervention to repel the attack.

Hours later, a second assault occurred at approximately 9:00 AM, resulting in extensive property damage. Reports indicate that five vehicles were vandalized, with shattered windshields and broken lights, and three houses had their windows smashed. Additionally, cash totaling six million shillings was reportedly stolen during the chaos.

As investigations continue, two victims are receiving treatment at Mengo Hospital, while police work to gather further evidence regarding the violent incidents.
