Kagadi, Uganda – A 24-year-old man, Adam Komujuni, has been remanded to Mambugu Government Prison in Kagadi until January 17, 2025, on charges of damaging a police vehicle. Komujuni, a resident of Nyankoma Village in Muhooro Town Council, is accused of stoning a police patrol vehicle on December 29, 2024.
The court, presided over by His Worship Edward Kawuki, heard that Komujuni accepted the charges but could not be sentenced due to the absence of the state prosecutor. The case has been adjourned for a mention and potential sentencing on January 17.
