Ugandan fashion icon Kim Swagga has opened up about the turmoil he has faced due to allegations made by socialite Bad Black, who has for years claimed that he is the biological father of her daughter, Davina. In a candid interview, Swagga revealed that the accusations have severely impacted his career and public image, prompting him to take a secret DNA test eight years ago.

According to Swagga, the results of the test confirmed that he is not the biological father. However, despite this confirmation, the damage to his reputation has persisted. He recounted how he was recently on the verge of securing a major feature on the cover of GQ Magazine South Africa. Unfortunately, after conducting a background check, the magazine reportedly deemed him unfit for the role due to the ongoing paternity dispute with Bad Black, leading to yet another lost opportunity.
Determined to clear his name, Kim Swagga has now made the DNA results public and has challenged Bad Black to another test, this time in full view of the media. His aim, he says, is to put an end to the long-standing speculation and false allegations once and for all.
Bad Black, however, has not taken the revelation lightly. On February 10, 2025, she issued a legal ultimatum through her lawyers, demanding that Swagga submit the DNA results for verification and publish them on his Facebook page within 48 hours. She has threatened legal action if he fails to comply, citing defamation, violation of the child’s privacy, child neglect, and psychological harm.
As the deadline approaches, the public remains divided on the issue, with some supporting Kim Swagga’s decision to clear his name, while others argue that his actions may have unintended consequences on the child involved. Whether the matter will be resolved privately or in the courts remains to be seen.
