Former Hatim and Dokey singer Ken Hatim has spoken out about the fallout between him and his longtime musical partner, Dokta Brain, also known as Dokey.

During a recent interview, Hatim reflected on the ten years they had spent together in the music industry, emphasizing their unwavering dedication to their craft. The duo had initially planned to mark their decade-long journey with a celebratory concert, but tensions arose when Dokey expressed his desire to pursue a solo career.
“We have always given our all to the music,” Hatim stated. However, he revealed that Dokey insisted on organizing the concert alone, believing he was the bigger star of the duo.

“He felt like he was bigger than the other and wasn’t respecting me in any way,” Hatim lamented.
Despite the disagreements and eventual split, the duo found a way to mend their relationship, thanks to the intervention of Pretty Banks. Hatim acknowledged that while the tension centered around the concert and Dokey’s solo ambitions, they eventually reconciled.
“We made peace through Pretty Banks. It was because of the concert—he still felt like he was bigger than the duo,” he added.
Though they have gone their separate ways musically, their decade of success remains a testament to their combined talent and hard work.
