Justin Bieber has once again sparked conversations about mental health, revealing his ongoing battle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the pressure of fame.

In a recent series of Instagram posts, the 31-year-old ‘Peaches’ hitmaker admitted that he often feels unworthy of success, questioning whether people would still support him if they knew his true thoughts and struggles.

One of Bieber’s most striking admissions came in a post where he wrote:

“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve that.’ And I personally have always felt unworthy, like I was a fraud, like when people told me I deserve something.”

He explained that this belief made him feel like he was hiding a secret, continuing:

“It made me feel sneaky, like, damn, if they only knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am… they wouldn’t be saying this.”

By addressing imposter syndrome, Bieber joined a growing list of public figures advocating for mental health awareness in the entertainment industry.

Bieber also acknowledged his anger issues, expressing his determination to react less impulsively. In another post, he stated:

“I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much.”

This aligns with his ongoing efforts to embrace personal growth and emotional intelligence.

As Bieber navigates his mental health journey, he has reaffirmed his commitment to faith and love, writing:

“It’s time to grow up… I want to embrace a life of love.”

This suggests that despite his struggles, Bieber remains hopeful about the future, determined to improve his mental well-being and emotional resilience.
