First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni has Monday June 24, 2019 made 71 years old.
“Happy Birthday to you Maama @JanetMuseveni . You are the cornerstone of our family and a true mother of the nation,” her husband President Museveni who is in China tweeted.
He added: “Your heart for service makes you a role model to many women in Uganda and around the world. May the good Lord bless & keep you in perfect health.”
In response, Janet wrote: “Thank you Mzee @KagutaMuseveni, my husband and friend.”
She added: “And to everyone for the warm wishes. I thank God for yet another year, for the gift of life and good health. God bless you all.”
Janet Kataaha Museveni is a politician who has been the First Lady of Uganda since 1986.
She is married to Museveni since 1973, with whom she has four children.
She has been Cabinet Minister of Education and Sports in the Ugandan Cabinet, since 6 June 2016.
Born June 24, 1948 (age 71 years), Ntungamo, she went to Makerere University and wrote a book titled: “My Life’s Journey”.

Muhoozi Kainerugaba – Born in 1974, Major General in the UPDF and Commander of Special Forces.

Patience Rwabwogo – Born in 1978, Pastor of Covenant Nations Church, Buziga, Kampala. – Married to Odrek Rwabwogo.
Diana Kamuntu – Born in 1980, Married to Geoffrey Kamuntu.
Her grandchildren are: Ruhamya Kainerugaba, Kenshuro Kainerugaba, Ihunde Kainerugaba.
