Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has set another record by becoming the first person in history to reach 500million followers on Instagram.
The superstar joined Instagram October 2012 posting more than 3,000 photos to the social media platform.
Ronaldo has got more than 124million followers than his nearest counterpart and rival Lionel Messi who has got 376million followers and posted 948 times o the image sharing site
