Ugandan model Daniel Mugisher is a trainer, mentor, scout, and manager of the Model.TW agency signed under the management of talent walls.
He has managed and trained models at talent walls. Model.TW aims to mentor and train youths with a passion in modeling and expose them on a professional level trough their programs.
He says extraordinary talents are identified in Schools and Communities through campaigns, competitions, training and on digital platforms. Identified talents are assessed using a criterion that measures; Uniqueness, Passion and Character.
The spotted models are polished and nurtured through the Zimba (Build) program which aims to improve on existing skills and build them into professionally skilled individuals. Shine pillar is the launch pad program that graduates the professional models and showcase them to the world.

These models after their release into the market bring in revenue to the company and also the company uses them as influencers to market the different brands the company runs.
As a casting agent, Daniel has leads in the local market and some of the models are already working with different brands. He is using these connections that get more influence in the local market hence more job opportunities.
“As a manager at model.tw my goals is to have more models exported to the international market. And also our models booking more jobs on the local market,” he said.
The public should expect a new wave of professional, eloquent, and flexible models.
