Kampala, Uganda – The health status of Muhammad Ssegirinya, the Member of Parliament for Kawempe North, has been clarified by doctors at Lubaga Hospital. Contrary to reports suggesting his death, Ssegirinya remains alive but in a critical condition, with his organs dysfunctional and a faint pulse.
Leader of the Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi revealed that Ssegirinya is brain dead but still under close medical monitoring. The medical team has emphasized that his survival would be a miracle and urged Ugandans to keep him in their prayers.
This clarification comes after Ssegirinya’s mother was informed of his brain death, leading to the circulation of death reports.
