Top Ugandan musician and UNMF President Eddy Kenzo has publicly condemned gang leaders who exploit young people for their own selfish agendas, warning that such actions lead only to suffering and imprisonment for the youth involved. Speaking amid rising concerns about the surge in notorious gangs terrorizing urban events and communities, Kenzo urged young people to avoid involvement in these groups.

Noting the negative reputation these gangs have built by terrorizing innocent citizens, Eddy Kenzo reminded youths that true struggle should not involve violence or criminality. He warned that the leaders who incite such chaos will ultimately face karma, using the analogy of elephants fighting and the grass suffering to emphasize how innocent people get caught in deadly conflicts. Eddy pleaded for community members to reconsider their support of these gangs, highlighting the inevitable consequences of such behaviors.
