Singer Shafiq Jjingo, popularly known as Fik Gaza, has vehemently denied recent accusations branding him a thief. Speaking candidly on Sanyuka TV’s Crossfire program, the “Banana” hitmaker addressed the emotional toll that fame has brought into his life, emphasizing the prevalence of false accusations and negative labels in the music industry.

Fik Gaza explained that such challenges are common for artists who rise to prominence, noting, “Many things will be said about you, and you will often face false accusations and unfair labels.” He highlighted how becoming a star often attracts envy and attempts by some to tarnish one’s reputation.
The singer was recently taken into custody over robbery allegations but was later released. As of now, it remains unclear whether the charges have been formally dropped or if further legal proceedings will follow. Despite these difficulties, Fik Gaza remains focused on his music career, urging fans to look beyond the rumors and support his artistic journey.
