Suna stated that he did not take offense to Gen. Saleh’s remarks, as he had not been formally invited to perform but decided to attend and present his ideas.
The incident sparked widespread discussion online, with many criticizing Gen. Saleh for his treatment of artists. However, Suna dismissed these allegations, attributing the real problems to individuals with selfish motives who have been misusing funds meant for the creative sector.
Suna advised Gen. Saleh to form a reliable committee to monitor the use of funds in the industry, ensuring that investments are utilized effectively and transparently. This recommendation aims to address concerns about embezzlement and ensure that support for artists is delivered as intended.
