Kadaga’s motorcade took over two hours to cover just one kilometer to the Agricultural Show Grounds due to the overwhelming public turnout. In a brief but poignant speech, Kadaga praised the loyalty of Busoga’s people while expressing frustration over internal disputes within the Busoga cultural institution and bureaucracy hindering development. The journey continued slowly to Kamuli, with massive crowds lining the roads, punctuating the event with ululations, dancing, and deep cultural pride.
