On August 22, 2025, renowned social media critic Frank Ntambi was arrested and remanded to Luzira Prison following a cyber harassment case filed against him by Jeff Kiwa, the boss of Team No Sleep. The case stems from alleged slanderous remarks made by Ntambi during an online argument with Kiwa last month.
Jeff Kiwa reported the incident to Kabalagala Police Station in Kampala, registering the case under reference number 116/25/07/2025. Ntambi complied with the police summons, appearing at the station to provide a statement and answer questions related to the allegations.
Despite his cooperation, Ntambi was detained at the police station before being arraigned at Makindye Court, where he faced two charges under the Computer Misuse Act. The court subsequently remanded him to Luzira Prison, with a return date set for August 28, 2025.
