The International Crimes Division of the High Court via Zoom, has scheduled 20th Feb 2023 as return date for bail application for NUP’s, Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya and Hon. Allan Ssewanyana due to absence of the judge.
The two Hon. Members of Parliament, are suspects as the masterminds behind the vicious murders that happened in Greater Masaka last year, in 2021.
The first suspects on the case witnessed against the two Members of Parliament in their admissions clearly indicating how they were recruited by them, given a designed work plan in a meeting at Ndeeba to create animosity against elderly victims, who did not share NUP’s views.
The first murder suspects also alleged that it is under the command of the two politicians that the victims were attacked. It was further alleged that the politicians facilitated the murders.
