Mzee Luiji has been the owner of Pacific Hotel in Arua town where People Power – Uganda officials like Bobi Wine landed into trouble as government security operatives arrested and tourtured them saying they wanted to harm the president.
Mr Luiji had been called to testify against Bobi Wine and others for possession of fire arms at his hotel something he turned down.
Among the mourners is 2021 presidential aspirant Hon Robert Kyagulanyi and a team of people power officials.
