Uganda Electoral Commission Holds Crucial Meeting to Coordinate 2026 Presidential Campaigns

The Electoral Commission (EC) of Uganda convened a critical session chaired by Secretary Richard Kamugisha Baabo to engage representatives from all eight cleared presidential candidates. The meeting focused on planning campaign schedules, allocating venues, and timing campaign events to prevent overlap and conflicts during the highly anticipated 2026 election period.
