Renowned Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo was involved in an intense scuffle with SFC officers during President Museveni’s rally in Kawempe North.
A viral video shows Kenzo arguing with a security officer who was attempting to remove him from the stage. The security team was reportedly clearing the area ahead of the President’s exit, but Kenzo refused to comply, insisting that he was supposed to perform before the President left.
The situation almost turned chaotic, with Kenzo exchanging heated words with the officer in question. Witnesses say the standoff lasted several minutes before Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja stepped in and directed security to allow Kenzo to perform as planned.
