Popular TikTok comedian CB Talker, a member of the Tuli Bulala Family Comedy group, expressed deep disappointment after being denied the National Unity Platform (NUP) party flag in the race for Lord Councillor of Makindye West. Despite acing the vetting process through written tests and ground mobilization evaluations, CB Talker was not selected as the party’s candidate.
In a heartfelt statement, he conveyed confusion and sadness, believing he met all requirements to secure the flag. Yet, he maintained composure and chose not to air any public grievances, emphasizing the importance of unity within the party ahead of the 2026 general elections.
